Gwendolin Sajons is Assistant Professor of Management and Research Methods at ESCP Business School, Berlin Campus.
Her research focuses on empirical methods (particularly experimental design and estimation techniques), decision making, leadership, and diversity. She currently serves as Associate Editor and Method Advisor at The Leadership Quarterly.
At ESCP, she teaches Decision Making in the Bachelor Program, Research Methods in the Specialized Master Programs, and Quantitative Methods and Experimental Design in the Ph.D. Program.
Before joining ESCP, Gwendolin was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Basel (Switzerland) and a Visiting Researcher at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland). She obtained her PhD in Organizational Behavior from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Spain), where she also completed an MSc and MRes in Management. Prior to this, she studied Economics at the University of Freiburg (Germany) and as a visiting student at Yale University (US).
