Conference KIDDArtificial intelligence in the service of diversity
We are very pleased to announce that the KIDD conference will take place at ESCP Berlin campus on May 19, 2022.
KIDD, in German “Künstliche Intelligenz im Dienste der Diversität” started in October 2020 as a project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS) under the umbrella of the Initiative New Quality of Work (INQA).
Halfway through the project, KIDD has achieved a lot. Now the first findings, results and perspectives from their research and from practical application in the KIDD experimental rooms are presented.
The aim is to bring more equality and diversity into the digital world.
Killian Gross (EU Commission AI Policy), Kenza Ait Si Abbou (IBM), Alexander Sander (FSFE), Gonca Türkeli-Dehnert (NRW State Secretary for Integration) will be there, as well as high-calibre guests from politics, society and business (see program, which is continuously updated).
Participation in the two exciting panel discussions that will take place as part of our event is possible in person and online. From the KIDD consortium, Rosmarie Steininger (Chemistree GmbH) and Dr. Marco Wedel (TU Berlin) will report on the standardization roadmap and the planned KI EU regulation and also put KIDD in context here.
The morning is about challenges / perspectives of an ethical and diversity-sensitive AI in the European context from 10.30-11.30 a.m. In the afternoon from 2.30-3.30 p.m. we will discuss Innovation by Diversity.
