Founded by entrepreneurs in 1819, ESCP is the world’s first business school. From the beginning, our outlook has transcended borders, disciplines, and convention, guided by the belief that business should be in service of the common good.

Today, that outlook has shaped a distinctly European model of management education, multicultural and multidisciplinary by design. Across six campuses in Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, Turin and Warsaw, our students experience different cultures, economies and approaches to business. We pioneered the Master in Management at a European scale, and developed a Bachelor in Management spanning three years and three countries.

Beyond the classroom, our five LIGhTS Institutes accelerate impact in research, focusing on Leadership and inclusive management, Innovation and entrepreneurship, Geopolitics, Technology, and Sustainability. Through our start-up incubator, the Blue Factory, students and alumni test ideas, build ventures, and carry forward the spirit on which ESCP was founded.

Today, technological, environmental, and societal disruption is changing business once again, calling for leaders who can connect disciplines, perspectives, and ideas.

With our Bold & United 2026-2030 strategy, ESCP has entered the next chapter of its European story, expanding its academic model across management, technology, and governance as we build toward the first European University of Management.
