The conversation also touches on the broader challenges facing women\u2019s health and Jessica&#8217;s commitment to shifting cultural narratives to ensure better outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Fight for what you believe in.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A holistic approach to leadership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One of Jessica&#8217;s key leadership principles is her belief in small teams and one-on-one connections. \u201c<strong>Where you can have the most impact is not necessarily when there\u2019s 300 people in the room<\/strong>,&#8221; she says, emphasising that smaller teams allow for deeper and more profound change. This approach helps her foster an inclusive leadership style that values collaboration and personal connection over size and scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jessica also underscores the importance of values-based leadership and focusing on the needs of individuals. &#8220;<strong>It\u2019s all about values,<\/strong>&#8221; she says. &#8220;When I look at CVs, I barely look at the higher education background.
