Clarissa’s initial experience in the blockchain industry, specifically combating counterfeit medicines in developing countries, opened her eyes to the transformative power of technology in healthcare, emphasising that it must be accessible, relevant, and tailored to the specific needs of patients and healthcare providers. This experience was instrumental in shaping her understanding of the adaptability required in leadership, particularly in diverse cultural settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leadership through authenticity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Clarissa\u2019s approach to leadership is grounded in authenticity and adaptability. She emphasizes that true leadership involves not just guiding a team but also fostering a culture of agility and openness. \u201cOne of the most important capacities of leaders is to have a great adaptability mindset to support agile team culture<\/strong>,” she explains. This mindset allows leaders to navigate complexities in their teams and drive innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, Clarissa underscores the importance of staying true to oneself while leading.
