The Chair Women in Finance welcomes Nayunda Andhika Sari who is joining us as guest researcher between September 2024 and June 2025. 

 

Nayunda is a lecturer in management and organizational studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia (Indonesia). She also serves as the Deputy Director of Center of Small Medium Enterprises, Universitas Indonesia. She holds a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom. Graduated from Monash University (Australia) for her Doctoral degree, her thesis examines Indonesian women leaders’ agency and identity work in the construction of authentic leadership. Nayunda’s current interests include studying gender and cultural/religious discourses in relation to agency among women leaders. 

We are thrilled to have Nayunda join us to exchange expertise, conduct research and advance knowledge on supporting female careers in finance and beyond!
