Raphaëlle Lambert-Pandraud, Professor of Marketing on the Paris campus, passed away during the night of June 10-11, surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle against illness.

Raphaëlle was an Alumni of the school who joined the ESCP Faculty in 2005. After a career in the corporate world, notably at L'Oréal, she started her PhD at the age of 37.
She was a determined and dedicated colleague, appreciated by her peers, and always ready to help her colleagues.

Her research focused on consumer behaviour, and she made major contributions to the understanding of older consumers and their brand choices, the “Silver Economy”. Her research was published in leading international journals, such as the highly prestigious Journal of Marketing. She was keen to continue her research activity all the way, and her last article was just published online. She had just started a new project on the effects of age, using the study of eye movement, a methodology to which she was recently introduced - one more example of her continuous intellectual curiosity.

We address our deepest condolences to her husband and four children, to whom she was infinitely devoted.
