Each campus offers a unique blend of <a href=\"https:\/\/escp.eu\/programmes\/specialised-masters-MSc\">specialised MSc programmes<\/a>, all of which have one thing in common: fostering international careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/escp.eu\/programmes\/specialised-masters-MSc\/MSc-in-marketing-and-creativity\">Masters in Marketing and Creativity<\/a> (MMK) is a specialised MSc programme that spans the <a href=\"https:\/\/escp.eu\/london\">London<\/a> and Paris campuses.. The programme fosters creativity and critical thinking with a methodological and systematic approach. Through its case- and project-based #NotByTheBook teaching, the MMK aims to prepare the next generation of strategic, responsible, forward-thinking, and creative marketers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-montserrat-font-family has-custom-font\" style=\"font-family:Montserrat\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#eec343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Shaping a career path<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/kadambari-zokarkar-bbb481133\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kadambari Zokarkar<\/a> had 2 years of experience in India as a Marketing and Communications Specialist when she decided that she wanted to take her career to the next level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She states, \u201cWhen I set out to pursue my Master at ESCP, I had three main professional objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>absorb an international view of marketing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gain professional experience in a global brand<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>land a role that contributed meaningfully in this world at graduation.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking back, it has been fulfilling to have achieved all three, as I now work as a brand &amp; communications specialist at GreenDelta GmbH, a sustainability consulting &amp; software company in Berlin, Germany.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kadambari reflects, \u201cMy professional internship at the global headquarters of Pernod Ricard, an <a href=\"https:\/\/escp.eu\/corporate-services\/partnerships\">ESCP Corporate Partner<\/a>, allowed me to grasp a brand and business perspective at a multi-national scale. When it came time to decide on the direction I wanted my career to take at the end of the internship, I was able to build from the learnings in the master. From the get-go, we were introduced to concepts like \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcthe job to be done,&#8217; which looks at consumer needs contextually. We&nbsp;were encouraged to challenge traditional Marketing theory and rethink its  relevance today. This multifaceted approach is one I will carry with me throughout my personal and professional life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The frequent integration of workshops and seminars with professionals and prestigious brands across multiple industries in the UK and Europe was appreciable. From Fashion &amp; Luxury (L&#8217;Oreal), Sports &amp; Lifestyle (Salomon), and Automobiles (Ferrari), we were immersed in briefs that covered the entire&nbsp; marketing funnel. The projects required us to plan, strategise, experience on-ground realities, and create and execute, making coursework very application-oriented and memorable.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In today&#8217;s increasingly competitive job market, there is high demand amongst employers for graduates with practical, real-world experience. As a student enrolled in the MSc in Marketing and Creativity, students benefit from participating in an 8-week Company Consultancy Project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This gives students the valuable opportunity to work at a professional level with a third-party company or start-up introduced by the School from amongst its diverse range of Corporate Partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-montserrat-font-family has-custom-font\" style=\"font-family:Montserrat\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#eec343\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Navigating University Applications<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI understand first-hand that the process of searching for and applying to universities for your Master&#8217;s can be overwhelming. I would recommend going through the programme catalogues in detail, watching programme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=YPbIstNKCUY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">highlight videos<\/a> on YouTube, and reaching out to current students and alumni on LinkedIn for personal insights.
