ESCP's commitment to the success of its female students
Launched on 8 March 2024, International Women's Day, the GO ESCP GIRLS!
The ESCP's student support philosophy is based on 4 pillars: academic, personal, professional and physical development. Particular attention must be paid to our female students, especially in terms of :
- Inclusion throughout their studies by unequivocally combating sexist bias and behaviour;
- Monitoring their entry into the world of work.
OUR GOALS
- To combat sexist bias and behaviors;
- Give female students all the tools they need to make the best possible career choices;
- Train them in salary negotiations.
48% of female employees do not dare negotiate
their salary and ask for an increase*.
OUR ACTIONS
- Setting up a platform for reporting discriminatory situations;
- Deploy appropriate psychological support;
- Support initiatives by AWARE, the feminist student association;
- Structure and deploy multi-campus information to combat sexism: creation of information materials on all campuses, deployment of the back-to-school seminars existing in Paris to other campuses, events for International Women's Day.
