ESCP London Campus Annual Student Gala 2022

Our Dean and President, Professor Frank Bournois, and our UK Dean, Professor Kamran Razmdoost, invite you to join them for the ESCP London Campus Annual Student Gala on 17th March 2022.

Our Annual Student Gala is the perfect time to celebrate the innovative spirit embedded in ESCP’s genes, and this is the biggest celebration in the London Campus' social calendar!

A pioneer for more than 200 years, ESCP can be proud of a large number of innovations successfully adopted all around the world. It remains the only pan-European school, with six campuses in Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, Turin and Warsaw, and an associated campus in Luxembourg.

This year's event will be hosted at one of London's most iconic hotels. The Landmark London opened in 1899 and is located in Marylebone. The venue combines timeless British elegance with five-star luxury. It boasts a stunning and versatile space for dinner, dance and conversation.

After dropping off your coat at the complementary cloakroom, your evening will begin at 6:30 pm with a Champagne reception at The Garden Terrace, located underneath the eight-storey, glass-roof atrium. The call to dinner will be made at 8pm, gathering everyone in the historic and ornate Great Ballroom for the evening's meal. You will be seated with your friends in tables of 10 or 12 decorated with Candelabra and Mirror Centrepieces, and served a gastronomic three-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Gary Klaner. Your meal will be accompanied by wine carefully selected by a sommelier, and dinner will end with a selection of petit fours and coffee.

You will also be treated to surprise performances from guest entertainers, and find out the result of the Student Society of the Year Award. Additionally, all attendees will be entered into a prize draw to win a night for two at the Landmark London Hotel with breakfast.

The night will continue until late on the dance floor, with music provided by Universal Music’s DJ and ESCP Alumnus Harold Van Lennep.

Throughout the night we will have a team of professional photographers taking beautiful portraits and capturing the magic of the event. All photos will be free for you to use as you wish. Your Gala ticket also gives you access to a discounted hotel room at the Landmark London the same night (price upon request).

Dress Code:

Black Tie · Tuxedos or suit with bow tie and smart evening shoes · Evening dresses (knee-length to floor-length hemlines) with smart evening shoes

Please note that this dress code is strictly mandatory. Not following the guidelines may result in refusal of entry.

We are hosting this event on the strict understanding that all attendees will follow our Covid-19 measures. As an attendee, you must understand that you remain responsible for creating a safe event for the whole community and agree to provide the following:

• Proof of vaccination QR code to be scanned upon entry (or official proof of exemption.
• Proof of a negative Covid-19 test taken less than 48 hours before the event.
• Picture ID

If an attendee cannot provide these they will be refused entry with no refund for their ticket.
